I don’t know if anyone could ever convince me to re-review a restaurant, my first impression is typically good enough for me, and should be for everyone else. Even if you argue that I went to a location on an ‘off day’ I could really care less, if you are a professional and have opened a restaurant, there should be no such thing as an off day. I will however, go back to a place just for the pure enjoyment if it is good enough. Such is the case with Bachi Burger. I went many months ago, it’s been one of the best burgers I’ve had in Vegas to date and I’ve had many people ask to go there with me. I’ve been twice in the last two weeks, and I’m not sure if I’m glad I went back. continue reading »
